(Intro/Eulogy) You leave this world from which you live, In solitude, until that's it. Your minions come from when you start, 'Til last thoughts linger from worlds apart. Wars fabricate where nobodies play, Tomorrow's forecast is simple and plain. Pleasant Imagining along the way, 'Til in your pinebox you will lay. (Song) I'm just layin' in my pinebox, the walls are closin' in man I'm just layin' in my pinebox, the walls are closin' in man I'm locked inside, but I'm still alive In my pinebox. They dug my hole 72 deep Yeah they dug my hole, down deep beneath Everything I know, moves so slow In my pinebox. They put me down down down down down... Just the other day I was smilin' & laughin' Now here I lay, Not knowin' what happened I layed down to rest and woke funeral dressed In my pinebox. I hear everything goin' on up there With a rusty nail, mark every day, month, year Time's runnin' thin as I twist and spin In my pinebox. They put me down down down down down... They came and planted flowers at the cemetary They kept me company, yeah the roots go deep Then the roots grew vines, that kept me intertwined In my pinebox. I awoke to a rumble shakin' the whole land Mother earth took every single blow for the war of man Though now the ground is soft, I think I'm better off In my pinebox. Though now the ground is soft... I think I'm better off... In my pinebox.

They're gathering on the horizon, More then ever before, It's assorted minions of darkness, In Bulk. Nobody's sure why they're comin', It's best you run - not walk, It's assorted minions of darkness, In bulk. They're tearin' through the town, it's clear this is the end. Say goodbye to your family, your pet goldfish and your friends. This could be the last time I ever see you, love. Before that winged thing with 13 eyes comes and eats us up. (Oh God Help Me) They're gathering on the horizon, More then ever before, It's assorted minions of darkness, In Bulk. Nobody's sure why they're comin', It's best you run - not walk, It's assorted minions of darkness, In bulk. Lock yourself in the cellar with your color TV screen. Everybody for themselves, don't mind your children's screams. "Daddy hurry help me!" - but you didn't open up the door. 'Cuz there's only pizza rolls for one and you're busy watchin' news reports. (That Say...) They're gathering on the horizon, More then ever before, It's assorted minions of darkness, In Bulk. Nobody's sure why they're comin', It's best you run - not walk, It's assorted minions of darkness, In bulk. I don't wanna get digested. Should that even be a question? I think we need assistance. Could this be some sort of message from mother earth?

Coke Mule 02:31
I talked to the boss of the Italian resteraunt. He throws out hundred dollar bills oh-so nonchalant. He never has to ask, he just takes whatever he wants. 'Cuz he's the boss. Yeah, he's the boss. I wanna be rich and cool like you, Tell me, tell me, what am I to do? He said, "I'll load your backpack before you go to school." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." I keep it in my locker 'till the end of the day. If they so-happen to release the dogs, I know just what to say. Open my eyes, look surprised and say, "I think it's my Dad's" And when nobody's lookin', slip out the back door with my bag. With my bag. I wanna be rich and cool like you, Tell me, tell me, what am I to do? He said, "I'll load your backpack before you go to school." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." I learned the ropes, I learned the talk, I learned the prices, when it came in bulk, I learned the weight, I learned the code, 12 years old, only kid I know who had a snub nose. I wanna be rich and cool like you, Tell me, tell me, what am I to do? He said, "I'll load your backpack before you go to school." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule." "Boy you're gonna be a coke mule."

Do you remember the last time you smiled? Were you standin' in the rain? Do you remember the last time you loved? & Did everything stay the same? Out of everything I've seen, These happy moments, Are few and far between. Do you remember the last time you cried? Did someody go away? Do you remember the last time you were done? How long before you came right back to play? Do you recall when you thought that this was it? And what everyone else had to say? Do you remember the last time you honestly though... ...everything was gonna be ok? Out of everything I've seen, These happy moments, Are few and far between. I wish I could tell you, This is how things are meant to be, But there must be more, Then simply smiling in our dreams. In our dreams. In our dreams. In our dreams...

Jayne Marie 03:30
They made you paint your nails Jayne Marie. They made you dye your hair Jayne Marie. They changed all that you are, to save you through the times. Now you spiral through the night and nobody pays any mind. What happened to that smile ear to ear? You used to be so happy when folks came near. Now they wrap you up while you're sleeping and burn you alive at night. And when you wake in the morning, everyone's left you behind. They took you from your family long ago. They said, "Girl you can trust us." How could you have known? That the world would get so ugly, when you can't come around there. And by the time you do, no one's the way you found them. You just wanted to bring some joy and everyone asked you for more. You stop in to say hello and they run you from door to door. They made you paint your nails Jayne Marie. They made you dye your hair Jayne Marie. They changed all that you are, to save you through the times. Now you spiral through the night and nobody pays any mind. They changed all that you are, Jayne Marie.

Today's gonna be a terrible day, I walked outside and the sky was grey. Oh... Whoa whoa whoa. I strolled down the street lookin' up at the birds, To detour my attention from the body on the curb. Oh... Whoa whoa whoa. And I know what you're thinkin' "He's pessemistic, someone needs to stop him." But did you know, things can only get better When you're down at the bottom? So I embrace this terrible day And thank it for it's stormy weather. 'Cuz tomorrow, things can only get better. My head looks nappy and my clothes do too, But that's alright with me if it's alright with you. Oh... Whoa whoa whoa. Got lost outside someone tried to rob me, But I stood my ground so they only shot me. 'Cuz tomorrow, things can only get better. 'Cuz tomorrow, things can only get better. (Foreward!!!) La la la la...

If I thought I could, I'd steal you away, I'd show you a place that words can't portray. Where emotions are stone and people are clay, I'd take you to the place where the nobodies play. We'd fit right in with weeping willow trees And everytime it blew, we would melt on the breeze. Someday we'd leave, when we woke from this dream And try to express what no one... Would believe... Moonlight on the pond and trips to the hill, Long winter nights that wouldn't give us the chills. Nobody dies, no one gets killed. I'd take you there now if I knew it was real. But lakes dry up and hearts do the same. And it hurts everytime I remeniss with the rain. We fall down at birth, in time, walk on a cane. & All in all we become... Nobody's pain. All in all, we become, Nobody's pain.

Ram & Turtle 03:05
One day walkin' round up in the hills, A ram heard a little sound. Rollin' round some rocks he found, A turtle turned upside down. He said, "Mister please, it's not like me! I swear I was attacked! And if you turn me right side up, I'll surely pay you back." And no matter how hard he tries, The ram will never break the turtle's shell. And what goes on in the ram's hard head, The turtle can never tell. Yet somehow in the middle They learn to co-exist. Even when for no apparent reason, The ram gets really pissed. Betcha never thought a turtle Would let a ram win the race. He says he doesn't care he's beat some hares Now he goes at his own pace. And in return the ram has learned From the turtle 'bout this and that. The good thing about a turtle, Is there's never no lookin' back. And no matter how hard he tries, The ram will never break the turtle's shell. And what goes on in the ram's hard head, The turtle can never tell. Yet somehow in the middle They learn to co-exist. Even when for no apparent reason, The ram gets really pissed. From time to time our shelled friend finds Trouble snappin' at his door. Alligation alligators Comin' up through the floor. But he's never been caught in their jaws As the little tortoise found: Sometime's it's nice to have a hard-head friend around. And no matter how hard he tries, The ram will never break the turtle's shell. And what goes on in the ram's hard head, The turtle can never tell. Yet somehow in the middle They learn to co-exist. Even when for no apparent reason, The ram gets really pissed. ...Off.

I think you're special even if no one else agrees. I couldn't help but notice you've been couting as you breathe. It feels like velvet as it slides into my ears. That soon your tears will dry and lead you back to here... ...on the pier. Walkin' through the garden gates, the trail winds through and through. I wish you pleasant imagining whenever it finds you. And even when the ivy grows on all that's come unglued. I'll be waiting... Up here enjoyin' the view. ...I'll see you soon. I think you're special even if no one else agrees. I couldn't help but notice you've been couting as you breathe. It feels like velvet as it slides into my ears. That soon your tears will dry and lead you back to here... ...on the pier. Strollin' down the southern shore of somewhere in my dreams. Water splashin' on the rocks, I asked it wash me clean. It started raining as you walked onto the scene. It cooled my mind... As you walked across the sea. ...With me. I think you're special even if no one else agrees. I couldn't help but notice you've been couting as you breathe. It feels like velvet as it slides into my ears. That soon your tears will dry and lead you back to here... ...on the pier.

So Ordinary 04:21
Come to us single file. We'll assign you your special role. One million more compiled and... ...The rest go in the hole. Every man, woman & child Better do just as your told. Or we'll feed you to the machine and... ...That's a monster that's never ever full. Be sure to never speak your mind If it's not in your description. Or soon enough the sirens cry and... ...You're sure to come up missin'. Creativity, is hard to find In a land where no one listens. It's in the rules you're sure to die if... ...Your actions aren't sufficient. Am I so ordinary? Why won't anyone come near me? Am I so ordinary? The machine's red eyes keep glarin' on. They're burnin' deep into me. I feel them... I feel them... I feel that now I know No one's comin' for me, comin' for me. So salutations, salutations, Salutations sincerely... Yet another mind in line Defeaned by the roars surrounding. The conveyer belt pulls them side to side as... ...All their hearts start loudly pounding. "Everybody gather 'round it's time!" The overhead echos loudly. It's the machine's hour to dine. Then... ...the alarm, it started sounding.

Put on your fleece bazooka. Oh whoa, oh whoa. They'll never see you comin'. Oh whoa, oh whoa. And if somethin' feels funny, pay no mind. We'll come back and catch them from behind. Go get your headstart runnin'. Oh whoa, oh whoa. Before the velvet troops start gunnin'. Oh whoa, oh whoa. I hear that cotton bomb tickin'. Oh whoa, oh whoa. And you can too, just listen. ... And if somethin' feels funny, pay no mind. We'll come back and catch them from behind. In this fabricated war. Only the make believe survive. Run for your life, through the field of just because. People die, when our leaders kill some time.

Solitude 03:46
It used to be: I'd close my eyes, The day would never end. Anymore it moves too fast And only half it makes sense. The movie plots are watered down, The radio's lost it's taste. It didn't bug me yesterday Now the feelin's been replaced. Solitude. I miss your company... You're the only one who understood. Maybe you can come and comfort me. When the time for change has overstayed it's welcome. I never thought my mood would dictate that which I enjoy. I miss the sweet simplicity of when I was a boy. It seemed like this was this and that was that and nothing more. But now our point of views are packaged and sold at the local store. Solitude. I miss your company... You're the only one who understood. Maybe you can come and comfort me. When the time for change has overstayed it's welcome. It used to be: I'd close my eyes, The day would never end. Anymore it moves too fast And only half it makes sense. Solitude. I miss your company... You're the only one who understood. Maybe you can come and comfort me. When the time for change has overstayed it's welcome.

Walk away from everything that ever was anything. My... Oh my. The boy is so wrecklessly, aimlessly, witnessing. My... Oh my. You didn't wanna stay, so I stayed away. In the ground we will lay, with panelled wood on our frames. With only our lies as company in our graves. The looks in our eyes, so simple and plain. Simple and plain. As I'd wanna be, without you. Simple and plain. As the sky is seen, in a clear view. Simple and plain. As I'd wanna be... Oh I wanna be. So leave me be... Leave me to be... Ever so happily living in fallacy. My... Oh my. The boy is so happening he flies with no fastening. My... Oh my. Under these stones, we slumber alone. Nobody knows, what I've grown to know. The Nobodies told me, "Work flesh to the bone." Simple and plain, with stitches to show. Simple and plain. As I'd wanna be, without you. Simple and plain. As the sky is seen, in a clear view. Simple and plain. As I'd wanna be... Oh I wanna be. So leave me be... Leave me to be... Simple and plain.

Stop boiling water in grandpa's urn. I know we buried him, but that's still absurd. Just because we went and lost it, Before arrangements were made. Doesn't mean we should treat it Like it's just another sauce pan. What would he say if he could see us now, tryin' to live it up? Would he raise his hand and preach to us about how we're fuckin' up? Or would he love us, like he did... When all of us were still kids? I don't know... But I tell you, I wish I did. Stop boiling water in grandpa's urn. I know we buried him, but that's still absurd. Just because we went and lost it, Before arrangements were made. Doesn't mean we should treat it Like it's just another sauce pan. Sometimes I wonder what he thinks of this world he left behind. Did he see me smoke that joint? Get suspended for the third time? Or get arrested on that day... for bein' out too late? When his last words were, "That kid'll be somethin' great." Stop boiling water in grandpa's urn. I know we buried him, but that's still absurd. Just because we went and lost it, Before arrangements were made. Doesn't mean we should treat it Like it's just another sauce pan. Does he know, we went to visit grandma less and less? Does he know, that his cat followed him less then a year after he left? I didn't mean to lie, the day he looked me in the eyes And asked me if I thought he'd live to see my child. Stop boiling water in grandpa's urn. I know we buried him, but that's still absurd. Just because we went and lost it, Before arrangements were made. Doesn't mean we should treat it Like it's just another sauce pan.

Let's make a song and try to make everyone sing along. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Let's write a line and try to keep it on everybody's mind. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Play the game, have no shame, sell your soul to make a dollar. Hide what's inside, scream your lies, there's no pride taking all offers. Let's make a song and try to make everyone sing along. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Let's write a line and try to keep it on everybody's mind. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Hide your rage, change your face, check your myspace page, now you're an artist. Count your views, try to stay in tune as you sing your high class, ghost-wrote suburban blues. (Hoo hoo hoo, ha ha ha.) Let's make a song and try to make everyone sing along. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Let's write a line and try to keep it on everybody's mind. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Let's make a song and try to make everyone sing along. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'. Let's write a line and try to keep it on everybody's mind. 'Cuz we're out here... And we're starvin'.

That's It 00:44
I've seen a lot of things you know, But before I say "That's It" I wanna go where no one knows, And scream out that I never quit. 'Cuz when my time finally comes And everyone throws a fit. I'll have a smile on my face. 'Cuz the best thing I did, Before I died, Was live.
